A truck carrying charcoal has overturned near Kigali central prison. The truck failed to break. The incident occured at about 10:00 AM.
The driver of the truck (Reg RAB 273B) was rushed to CHK hospital. Others managed to jumpout of the truck escaping unhurt.
However, the drivers identity wouldnt be established because the crowd had already pickpocketed him.
