The ICT and Youth Minister Jean Philibert Nsengimana has urged youths to join cooperatives as a way to improve their livelihoods.
The minister made the remarks during the official launch of “Agaciro Kanjye” (My dignity) in Ngoma District in Eastern Province.
Minister Nsengimana reiterates that youth are the drivers of national Economic growth adding that Rwanda will achieve its objectives when youth are actively contribute to national economy.
The Governor of Eastern Province Uwamariya Odette urged youths to work hard and think beyond looking for jobs to creating new jobs.
The program “Agaciro Kanjye” aims at empowering youth and helping them get money without begging from parents.
